The ability to change and insert vessel specific procedures makes it adaptable to any vessel. The team at Ocean Time Marine have been very helpful and provide on going support for the product. I purchased this a week ago, it took me about 2 hours to complete. It’s contains all the 12 elements and complies with the AMSA Part E. I added about 6 of the procedures and downloaded the risk assessment as well as the flip charts and the log book page. I needed a SMS to comply for my commercial fishing and fishing charter business, and this has saved me a heap of time and money. I’d definitely recommend it if you don’t have the time or the knowledge to write it.

The template is brilliant and exactly what we needed. Two days later a hard folio arrived in the post (which is probably mentioned on the product description but I didn’t notice as was focused on the SMS)… the folio is brilliantly setup to keep the required documentation on the vessel… in short I am delighted with the total product! Totally recommend it!
